Aaron grew up in a small town and suburb of Oklahoma City, OK. Growing up in the internet boom of the early 90’s, Aaron quickly realized that technology was becoming an everyday commodity and required constant innovation, which sparked an early interest in computer engineering and business development. In his early twenties, Aaron moved to Dallas/Forth Worth, TX to work for a technology based solution provider where he learned the value of hard work and client relationship. In 2007, Aaron and Joe ventured out to start Two Brothers Technical Solutions, the beginning of what would eventually evolve into Innovative Technology Solutions.

Joe brings an extensive background in IT strategy and project management.  In the late 90’s, Joe started his IT career in database administration and PC support.  After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2003, he spent the next 15 years in digital strategies, software design and development. In 2012, Joe left the company he and Aaron started to work for a software start-up.  Working in a start-up environment gave Joe the tools and experience to understand many facets of team building, client relationship, project delivery, and financial strategy.  In 2019, Joe returned to Innovative TCS first as a Vice President, then moving into the role of President.  In 2020, Joe completed his MBA from West Texas A&M University.

Michael has worked in and around the Service Industry for over 20 years. Starting as a bus boy and evolving into the IT side of the business. He as either built, operated, managed, updated, programmed the pos, or has been a managing partner in over 300 plus restaurants. Joining Joe an Aaron in 2020 to help launch the POS side of the Company. Michael now serves as the Founder and Vice President of Integrated POS Solution.

Nick is a born-and-raised North Texan, who at an early age began taking apart game consoles and the family computer to learn from and improve upon their design, developing a deep love for technology which has continued to blossom. With over a decade of experience in a leadership role, Nick brings a unique set of client satisfaction skills coupled with an ever-expanding knowledge of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity industries. Nick is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Technology-Cybersecurity.

Rico has worked in various fields of IT for over ten years. He started tinkering with computers in middle school when family would get viruses on their computers.  Rico moved on to coding in High School, where he built websites and competed at the district and state levels. Rico parlayed this experience, landing him the WebMaster and Graphic Designer position for the University of Texas, Arlington campus while pursuing a degree in Information Systems and Management. While enrolled at university, Rico furthered his experience turning a temporary job at a Law Firm into a full-time position. In 2014, Rico moved to fill the role of IT Director, staying in this position until 2019. Rico managed multiple offices during this period and was responsible for everything from network management to vendor relations. Being a single point of contact for any technology needs for a workforce of 160 employees gave Rico a wide range of exposure to the needs and roles of IT in the larger scheme of a business. Rico accepted the position of System Administrator at Innovative TCS in October 2019 and has grown his skills considerably within a year, all while pursuing his Masters in CyberSecurity.

Brendon’s fascination with CyberSecurity began when he got his first virus playing web games online. His father then tasked him with figuring out how to fix the family computer. After repairing the family PC, Brendon took an active interest in preventing further harm to the device. Little did he know this would be an ongoing battle, leading him to a career in CyberSecurity. To this end, Brendon has obtained a Masters in CyberSecurity and is currently Network+, Security+, and CYSA+ certified. Brendon understands one must be in a constant state of learning as the field of security is always changing, which he uses to provide robust security solutions, guidance, and initiatives to environments of any size.
